Our gym offers a 30-minute high intensity workout that is designed to train your body for endurance, stamina and strength.  Each workout is different & geared to challenge every fitness level.  We use a variety of exercise methods (Bodyweight, BOSU, TRX, Terra Core, Dumbbells, Kettle Bells, Balls, Penalty Box, Sand bags) to meet your energy level and by setting your own pace, you will improve your overall fitness level each day.  Our members pride themselves on working hard and supporting each other like a family.

pound Fit

This full-body 45 minute workout combines cardio and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements using lightly weighted drumsticks. Each 2-4 minute song is carefully calibrated with interval peaks and extended fat burning sequences, providing you with the best workout in the shortest span of time.  You’ll burn up to 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, stronger physique all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Yin Yoga

Our Yin practice combines a holistic approach for participants through a series of poses that provide a therapeutic release to ligaments, tendons & fascia.  These  meditating movements create better circulation & mobility in the joints & muscles while enhancing emotional & physical well-being.  All levels are welcome!


This 35 minute class blends the latest exercise science with the principles of the Lotte Burke method (the genesis of the Barre movement) delivering a fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training in each workout!  It is a pre-choreographed class designed for a wide range of fitness levels, complete with progressions so those new to fitness feel successful their first time & seasoned Barre enthusiasts will always feel challenged.
